Master AiChat Service Policy

In order to use Master AiChat App, you should read and comply with the "Master AiChat App Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). The specific service content of Master AiChat App is provided by Master AiChat based on actual conditions, such as forums (BBS), blogs, Weibo, online creation, etc. Master AiChat reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some network services. Master AiChat reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of services provided by the Master AiChat platform at any time based on actual conditions. Master AiChat is not responsible for the losses caused to users due to business adjustments.

2. Registration obligations

1. Master AiChat does not assume any legal responsibility for any leakage of personal information caused by you telling others your user password or sharing your registered account with others, or other leaks of personal information not caused by Master AiChat;

2. Master AiChat does not assume any legal responsibility for any disputes arising from the use of your personal information by any third party in accordance with the conditions listed in Master AiChat's terms of service and statement;

3. Master AiChat does not assume any legal responsibility for any temporary website shutdown due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions or government controls;

4. If users post content on Master AiChat that infringes on other people’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, Master AiChat has the right to delete it and reserves the right to transfer it to judicial authorities for processing;

5. Users enjoy copyright and related rights in accordance with the law for the legal content they create and publish on Master AiChat;

6. The Internet is an open platform. When users upload pictures and other materials to the Internet, they may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for other illegal purposes by other organizations or individuals. Users must be fully aware of the existence of such risks. Users expressly agree that the risks associated with their use of Master AiChat services will be entirely borne by themselves; all consequences arising from their use of Master AiChat services will also be borne by themselves, and Master AiChat does not bear any responsibility to users.

6. Service changes, interruptions or terminations

If temporary service function adjustments are required due to App maintenance or upgrade needs, Master AiChat will notify it on the website in advance as much as possible. If any of the following circumstances occurs, Master AiChat has the right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate services provided to users without notifying users:

1. The personal information provided by the user is untrue;

2. The user violates the usage rules stipulated in these Terms of Service;

3. Use Master AiChat for commercial purposes without the consent of Master AiChat.

7. Special statement

If the user's use of this service violates any national laws and regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, Master AiChat has the right to directly delete the information that violates the regulations, and may suspend or terminate the service provided to the user. If the user uses this service to engage in any illegal or infringing behavior, the user shall bear full responsibility, and Master AiChat does not assume any legal and joint liability. The user shall be responsible for full compensation for any losses caused to Master AiChat or any third party. The final interpretation right of these terms belongs to Master AiChat.
